Instead of a... read moreI used the magnesium flakes & Arnica stick for cramps in the arch of my foot & Charlie horses in my calf. It worked excellent. Instead of a bath to soak, I dissolved some magnesium in a 1/2 bowl of warm water used a cotton ball to apply, then once it dried, I rubbed on the Arnica stick and never got another one all night! Slept like a baby. Yay
