works for my frozen shoulder I did not expect this to be as good as it was at helping the pain from my frozen shoulder. I really like how it is applied because I don't like getting my hands dirty applying products, it is not greasy and there is very little fragrance, which I also appreciate. This helps reduce the pain within minutes to the point where I forget that it even hurt. Sometimes I have to re-apply a few times a day if I do too much, but I don't mind, I have tried other products that cost less, but when they don't work, it was a waste of money. I knew Debbie would not carry this if it wasn't helpful. I am happy I tried it.
